The new couples have been busy breaking in their dancing shoes and preparing for Monday’s kick off to the two-night premiere. They’ve been counting down the days and posting their progress on social media and we thank them for that.

With only three days left until the couple’s get their dance-on on national television, we know one thing for sure - we can’t wait to see every performance! And we’re super glad it’s not us dancing on TV. Terrifying! Okay, that’ two things we know.

Watch the two-night season premiere of Dancing With The Stars Season 19 on Monday, September 15 at 8E/5P on M3. Don’t miss live episodes of Dancing With The Stars every Monday at 8E/5P on M3.

Pro Peta Murgatroyd is definitely having fun counting down the days until the premiere with partner and comedian Tommy Chong.

Alfonso Ribeiro is keeping it PG around the very young Witney Carson.

Derek Hough and his partner Bethany Mota have started to dress alike.

Jonathan Bennett and Allison Holker are just showing off at this point.

Sadie Robertson and Mark Ballas will hereby be known as #TeamQuackAttack. Y’all.

Emma Slater is making sure partner Michael Waltrip is practicing at all times, which includes Cha Cha’ing to baggage claim.

Lolo Jones will be on Monday’s premiere even if her partner Keo Motsepe has to literally drag her there. He may have to.

Val Chmerkovskiy posted a video of his partner Janel Parrish stress-eating.

It’s really sad that Betsey Johnson and partner Tony Dovolani are having zero fun together.

Tavis Smiley and Sharna Burgess are determined to keep the DWTS countdown going, regardless of physical pain.

I guess Randy Couture is good at planking. I guess.

Not to be confused with Chebato Sr.

Lea Thompson appears to be the appropriate level of terrified to dance on national television.
